APPLICATION: The only soft drink you will ever need … and so it gives you real energy rather than false energy.
What you need
1-2 letters ActiGreen, pharma Rahimi green or green tea powder (available in health food stores and chemist ) or 2 tbsp. good green tea, for example. Jasmine Pearls, Yunnan, Long Jing or Sencha
1 cup boiled water
1 ½ L water
lemon juice
How?
Dissolve green tea extract in the boiling water and let the tea leaves draw for 2-3 minutes in warm water (boil it and let it stand 5 minutes so the temperature reaches about 80 degrees).
Let tea concentrates cool for about 10 minutes. Pour it into a large jug or bowl (there should be room for at least 2 liters). Carefully pour the water in. Pour slowly and preferably off the side of the jug, which is held at an angle.
Add lemon juice.
